1. Acceptance
ZenMiles is operated by PT Inovasi Berkat Modern, a company registered in Indonesia (“we”, “us”). By downloading, registering for, or using ZenMiles, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ZenMiles is a travel loyalty management application that lets you track miles and points balances across multiple programs, receive expiry notifications, compare credit card earning rates, and access travel loyalty information. ZenMiles does not hold funds and is not a financial institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use ZenMiles. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. ZenMiles Plus (Subscriptions)
- ZenMiles has a free plan and a paid plan, ZenMiles Plus. Plus is bought in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is billed by them to your store account. The price is shown before you confirm.
- Free trial. First-time subscribers get one month free, once per person. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings (in the app: You → ZenMiles Plus → Manage subscription). Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your ZenMiles account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund or credit partial periods, except where Apple's or Google's refund policies or applicable law require otherwise. Refund requests for store purchases are decided by Apple or Google. If a payment is refunded, Plus ends.
- Paying on our website. On zenmiles.app you can also buy Plus with a single payment, through our payment provider Midtrans: 1 month (30 days) or 1 year (365 days). A one-time purchase does not renew and is not a subscription; its period is added after any Plus you already have. While an App Store or Google Play subscription is still renewing, you cannot make a one-time purchase, so you are never charged twice. Promo codes are entered on Midtrans' payment page. One-time purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise; if a payment is refunded, its period of Plus ends.
- When Plus ends, your account returns to the free plan. Your programmes and cards are kept; automatic email sync stops, and you cannot add more than the free plan allows.
6. Referrals
- When 3 friends register with your referral code and each add at least one programme and one card in the same calendar month (Western Indonesia Time), you receive 1 month of Plus.
- When a referred friend makes their first payment for Plus (after any free trial), you receive 1 month of Plus and your friend receives 1 extra month of Plus. These are added 7 days after that payment, provided it has not been refunded.
- Free Plus from referrals or promotions is added after any Plus you already have. It does not pause or replace a store subscription, which keeps renewing until you cancel it.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may withhold or remove rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral or other abuse, and we may change or end the programme — the current rules are always shown in the app (You → referral code → ⓘ); rewards already granted remain.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Access another user's data without authorisation.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without prior written consent.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ZenMiles content without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the ZenMiles application, website, brand name, logo, design, and content — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, code, and underlying software — are and remain the exclusive property of ZenMiles and its operator. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the ZenMiles name, logo, or trademarks.
Content you submit to ZenMiles (such as loyalty program data) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
9. Accuracy of Information
ZenMiles displays information provided by you or third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of points balances, miles valuations, or loyalty programme details from airlines or hotels. Always verify directly with your loyalty programme.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep ZenMiles available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZenMiles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of miles resulting from delayed or missed notifications.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the You tab in the app, or without the app installed via our account deletion page. Doing so removes your data from ZenMiles immediately; permanent destruction of the retained archive is available on request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
